ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 7-14 business days prior to shipment.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.

During high-volume periods (sales and promotions), processing may take up to 10-18 business days.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

SHIPPING - DOMESTIC

Domestic (United States) Orders are shipped via UPS. Delivery times vary by location.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL

Europe & Canada Orders are shipped via DHL at a flat rate of $75 USD. Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days.

Worldwide Orders are shipped via DHL at a flat rate of $100 USD. Estimated delivery: 5–15 business days.

Delivery times vary by destination.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and collected upon delivery.

Delivery may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or routing issues.
