Returns

Because every Marakeya garment is crafted exclusively to order, all made-to-order pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order. If you need assistance selecting the right size, our Customer Care team is happy to help.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Claims must be reported within 5 calendar days of delivery.

To request an exchange, please email support@marakeya.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the original packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange an exchange or replacement, subject to product availability.


Refunds

Refunds are issued only for approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items when an exchange or replacement is not available.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when Marakeya has shipped an incorrect or defective item.
